Joe conducts half, full and multi-day technical trainings for a variety of local, state, federal and private entities on the subjects on bicycle, pedestrian, and complete streets facility design. Trainings can focus on any topic related to roadway design and be tailored based on the desired goals and outcomes. Joe has also developed dozens of customized design activities and problems for participants to solve to reinforce the instructional material. Joe’s trainings are story driven through personal experience, heavily visual in nature and lean heavily on evidence-based experience referencing recent studies, research and current policy.
